Simply Somersworth: Creating Community Connections
Simply Somersworth is a Fosters Daily Democrat column by local writer and blogger, Jenne Holmes. Originally from England, Jenne Holmes lives in – and loves – Somersworth, New Hampshire. Her passion for history led her to the Summersworth Historical Museum where she is now a director, and her love for writing led her to create the community-based blog, Somersworth Then and Now.
Jenne Holmes’ goal is to strengthen the community by educating citizens about events, people, and places – both past and present. She also runs a Facebook page by the same name (Somersworth Then and Now) where she shares community news and events, as well as her Simply Somersworth articles.
