Sober Sisters Recovery and Senior Helpers of Stratham – A Win-Win Partnership

August 3, 2020

Run by Dwight and Gayle Davis, Senior Helpers of Southern New Hampshire is one of Sober Sister Recovery’s community employment partners. Three of our alumni have been referred to Senior Helpers for full time work after completing their stay at SSR, and we are proud to say that our alumni have performed so well and have such a great work ethic that Senior Helpers has decided to donate $200 to Sober Sisters Recovery for each alumni that works for them! This money will go directly back to our residents as scholarship money for rent at Malley Farm.

Dwight and Gayle are long time friends of SSR Executive Director Moné Cassier, and they have built relationships throughout their community, helping women achieve their goals of going back to school and supporting women with Substance Use Disorder. As an employer, they offer employees good pay and opportunities for growth, including opportunities to further their education.

Dwight and Gayle have been cheerleaders for the SSR mission since day one. We are so appreciative of the partnership we have with them, and we are INCREDIBLY proud of our alumni!

Not just for alumni...

At Sober Sisters Recovery, learning life skills, financial literacy, and self care are all part of long-term recovery and gaining true independence.
