S.T.A.R.S. (Scholarship Trust for Addiction Recovery Services, Inc.) is a grassroots organization that has distributed hundreds of scholarships across the state over the past five years. They have helped many hundreds of New Hampshire residents get into sober living by assisting them with rental fees.
